What is your availability schedule?

Our Support is available Monday – Friday, 4:30AM – 3:30PM GMT.

If you require time-line adjustments, we can investigate the possibility of expedited delivery and possibly weekend work.

What is your turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time for one page is 1 business day. Each additional page associated with the same project takes 5-8 working hours, depending on the complexity and specifications of the order. We start work on the project only after all details are crystal clear between the client and MakeXHTML account manager.

When posting an order you will see the approximate delivery date. Please note that it may change depending on the complexity and specifications of your order. You can also choose expedited service, at an additional cost, to speed up delivery.

Implementation to a CMS is scheduled separately from general PSD to html markup, depending on the functionality required. The expedited delivery option is not applied to implementation requests.

If your source file is in AI/EPS format, we will need to convert it into PSD and have your confirmation before proceeding with the markup. Please note that this may take additional time. Please also make sure that you enclosed all the external images and fonts used in your AI/EPS file.

Designs utilizing JPEG files generally will also take longer to deliver.

What can I use the files for?

Anything you want - a client site, your own site, or selling as a web template. Our name will not appear anywhere in the code, files, or graphics.

What if I have a problem setting up my website?

We offer email and phone support to help you with any questions you might have. Just contact us and we will help.

Do you guarantee the term?

Once you make the payment, we start the work. We will deliver the code before the deadline.

Do you design?

What is the definition for a new page?

The definition of new page is very simple: if the layout or the content differs from the landing page, it will be a new page.

Is your code valid and standard compliant?

Yes, of course. Our XHTML and CSS code will be validated by W3C and also Section 508 and WAI compliant if ordered.

Is your code cross browser?

Yes, we test in all major browsers, before you get your code. Browsers we test in: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox, Safari, Chrome.

Can I have special requests?

Yes, you can. Any special requests need to be sent via our get started form. Top

What files do you accept?

We prefer layered Photoshop files (PSD). But in case you don’t have PSD, we can also manage with PSD, PNG, JPG, AI etc.

How can I send my files?

You can attach the zip files to our get started form, or you can send a download link. You can also ask for FTP from us and upload the files there.

What about drop down and hover effects?

Simply do it on a new layer in your design. Top

Payment

Do I need to pay while filling up the Get Started form?

No. No payment is required during sending your project request. Our get started form only sends your project request to us. Upon receiving the same we will contact you with payment link and you can make the payment.

When do I have to pay for your service?

We ask for 50% down payment before we start our work and the other 50% once the whole work is completed and we are ready to deliver.

What kind of payment method do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments where you can pay via credit or debit card. We also accept Wire Transfer.

In what currency are your prices?

All prices are in USD.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with your work?

We offer rounds of revision as needed to make sure our work will meet all your requirements. This doesn't include any revisions to original design or content you sent or changing assumptions we made on the beginning of the project. This kind of work is treated as additional and will be quoted separately.

Do you offer discount?

Yes, we offer discounts for large layouts (more than 20 pages) and for return customers. Please contact us if you have such requirements. Top

Can you guarantee 100% confidential service?

Yes we can. We have no problem with signing NDA if needed. To put it short - if you don't want anybody knows that you are using our services - it won't happen. We would love to add your project to our portfolio but we won't do it without asking you for permission.

We want you to sign our NDA. Can you?

We guarantee that information about your company and project will not become public, please check our NDA policy here. If it is absolutely necessary for you to have your NDA documents signed, you are welcome to send them to us. We can sign the document and proceed.

Can I trust you won't show my designs to anybody before I publish them?

Rest assured! Your business is important to us and we care about our clients, therefore we won't do anything that might put you into risk.

Do you offer Money Back Guarantee?

MakeXHTML guarantees to give you a refund for the following reasons:

• Your order cannot be completed
• Your request to cancel the order is received before the order is started

What about ownership and rights?

After our work is done you become the owner of the whole markup, including XHTML, CSS, images, Flash, JavaScript, etc.
